Dr. Nick and Robin Gough

Senior and Executive Pastor

Dr. Nick Gough has been in ministry for over 35 years.  He travels throughout the world ministering in the prophetic and teaching others how to hear God's voice.   He is a favorite speaker with YWAM and teaches online classes on the prophetic through Christian Prophetic Certification Program and at Global Awakening Theological Seminary Master’s Program.

He has a bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing from the University of Southern California, a master’s in theology from Vanguard University, and a Doctor of Ministry from United Theological Seminary.  Robin has a BA in Economics and Math from University of Southern California.

He and his bride, Robin, have been married for 33 years and have five daughters ranging in age from 19-30 with one grandson who is 7 years old and a one-year-old granddaughter.

Rob and Joanna Watson

Worship Pastors

Rob and Joanna Watson have been married for sixteen years. They have four children ages 15, 13, 13, and 6. They have over 30 years of combined worship leading experience. They are passionate about ushering in the freedom and presence of the Holy Spirit. Prophetic worship isn’t something they just desire, but know it’s knit into their being. They believe strongly that worship isn’t an experience but an opportunity for a powerful encounter with the One who never changes and passionately loves us!

Sean Ideta

Online Pastor

Sean is a former deputy sheriff of eleven years.  After moving to North Carolina, Sean could no longer delay the call on his life to become a pastor. He has been married to his wife, Connie, since 2010, and they have two amazing children. Sean, together with Connie, have ministered inner healing and deliverance for over a decade to help others receive more freedom, healing, and breakthrough. Sean is passionate about prophetic ministry and believes the prophetic is to be a lifestyle. He values and embraces prophetic evangelism and has a heart to equip and disciple others to not just grow in the gifts of the Holy Spirit but also to help them discover who they are in Christ and pursue their Kingdom callings. He enjoys hiking, hockey, and weightlifting.

April Harrison

Young Adults Pastor

April has been a part of Hope Chapel since 2009. She received her pastoral license in 2015 and was ordained in 2018. April is passionate about introducing others to the heart of the Father and the things of the Spirit. In her free time, she enjoys walking the greenway,  laughing at memes, talking about Jesus and naps.”

Sidney Mustin

Youth Pastor

Sidney has lived in Apex, North Carolina since the spring of 2020. Growing up in southern Indiana he found a strong desire to help Christians and non-believers walk out of the lukewarmness of life. He graduated from Life Pacific University of Virginia in 2019.  He enjoys all sports, live music, and good coffee.

Jon Heath

Interim Children's Pastor

Jon has been in active in church ministry for 39 years with many varied roles. Jon served as Children’s Pastor of a local non-denominational church in Texas for 7 years, as Senior Pastor in Mississippi and a Senior Pastor position in Texas for a combined 17 years, where he first became involved with the Foursquare Gospel. In 2000, Jon accepted a position as Staff Pastor at Hope Chapel with oversight of Family/Children’s ministry. In 2015, Jon stepped away from vocational ministry, but has always stayed connected to his pastoral calling. We welcome Jon back in this interim role and know his experience and wisdom will benefit the families at Hope Chapel.

Jon and wife Deborah have been married for 46 years and have 4 children and 13 grandchildren. Deborah is an active Nurse Practitioner and an Ordained Foursquare Minister.

Mary Beth Roden

Preschool Pastor

Mary-Beth has been attending Hope Chapel with her family since 2014. She has been married to her husband Matt for 24 years.  They have two children: one son in college and a daughter in high school. She is passionate about leading our youngest children and believes the seeds that are planted now will establish a firm foundation as they grow in their identity in Christ. 

Pastor Sal Bono

Communications Pastors

Sal and Krystal Bono are both licensed in the Foursquare Church, and have been in ministry as a married couple for 17 years. They have 4 beautiful daughters. Both are passionate about out of the box ministry. While serving as church planters in downtown Detroit, Sal launched several small businesses for the purpose to share the gospel. Krystal is passionate about all that God is doing and is currently attending college at Lee University online. For the past 2 years they have lived in Central Florida in a season of Sabbath and rest. God is calling them out of Sabbath and back into full time ministry. Their heart is that many would come to know Christ, through media and the arts.
